Tera Patrick's High Octane Playful Panther is a high-tech vibrator with all the features (a rotating shaft, vibrating clit arouser, powerful and function-packed) but it has the added bonus of a shaft that thrusts up and down.

Made of a soft jelly material, the shaft is smooth with a bulbous head and ribs. The clit-stimulator is shaped like a Panther Paw (Playful Panther) that tickle your clitoris.

The left side of the control pad operates the clitoral stimulator, while the shaft controls are on the right, and two pairs of up down buttons operate the eight speed levels for each.
