There are a couple of things you should always look for when buying an anal plug. The first is to make sure that it has a flared base or retrieval cord, although I definitely prefer the first more.  No one wants to lose a toy up their ass and have to make an embarrassing trip to the ER for removal. The second is what material is your toy made from.
