For us, it’s all about functional and high design.  On one hand we do have many types of engineers on board including industrial/electrical and in the other extreme we conduct numerous and detailed focus groups with our end users which are all coordinated  and lead by our in house marketing and sales teams  who coordinate all the process.  Women’s input is essential when designing a functional, ergonomic and appealing product with a very fun design that is the signature of our company. As a fun point just as many women as men work in Fun Factory!
