Who’s “Doing It?”
Almost everywhere these days, you’ll see articles about sex and sexuality, but who’s having sex? Many less people than you would imagine. Chantelle Drobot, writing for Alive Magazine, says that while talk about sex is plentiful, sex itself is not in the plans for many people each day.
In fact, the numbers are fairly surprising:
“Research indicates that 43 percent of women report problems with sexual performance or enjoyment. What may be more surprising is that approximately 31 percent of men are avoiding extra-curricular activities in the bedroom due to some type of sexual dysfunction.”
Before we go any further, our regular readers know that we always offer this advice: If you believe you are, or are experiencing some form of sexual dysfunction, we strongly urge you to seek assistance from a certified medical or clinical professional. In some cases, sexual dysfunction can be a symptom of a more serious medical problem.
Drobot lists stress and unhealthy eating as principal factors in the current phenomena. And that’s fairly common in many cases. Taking some time to relieve stress, eating healthy and exercising can lead to better sex and more frequent sex. She also suggests food sources rich in Zinc as good choices to spur things on.
Anyone who has been under stress knows that it can ruin more than just sex. So take it easy, relax, do some exercise and get your life (including your sex life) back on track. Then you’ll enjoy these great sex toys!
